Candidate will currently live in the Northeast (Anywhere between New Jersey and Boston) and have a minimum of 10 years of award-winning dental or medical sales and sales management experience.
We are looking for an experienced sales manager who can coach our reps to win new business and expand market share with current customers in their territories.
Candidate will be an award winning sales hunter, relationship builder, and will be a natural leader with command presence to manage a great team already in place.
Candidate must understand basic business math, be well-versed in sales processes and techniques, and bring experience to our team that will improve how we go to market.
This is a great opportunity for someone who no longer enjoys their current position because of limitations related to managed care.
Lead, coach and hold accountable our sales reps to reach monthly and annual sales budgets.
Co-travel with reps to help open doors to large surgical accounts and increase sales with existing customer relationships.
Attend annual national and regional association meetings.
Help reps to penetrate university residency programs.
Work with national sales manager on budgets and reviews.
Assist with our new rep hiring process when required.
Our customers are dental specialists who “own their own hospitals” and write their own checks. We are a market niche company with a product line geared to elective procedures, generally not limited or controlled by managed care or insurance reimbursement. Your dentist may not know who we are, but the surgical specialists they refer to would very likely be our customers.
